The firm was founded by Małgorzata Tuleja, an advocate specializing in litigation and arbitration. She advises on civil law disputes, in particular commercial disputes and disputes related to construction projects. For ten years, she gained experience in resolving domestic and cross-border disputes at international law firms (including Hogan Lovells, Dentons and Gide), as well as at law firms in Basel and Buenos Aires. She advised and represented private- and public-sector entities, including clients from the construction, fuel, mining and raw materials sectors, both during project implementation and in litigation and arbitration concerning road, energy, railway, office, shipyard and waste-management projects, including projects carried out under public procurement procedures.
